West Bow Edinburgh

We are carrying out works to maintain the sewer network on West Bow. These essential works are required to clean and inspect a sewer in the area.

Work will begin on Monday 26 May for approximately 10-14 days.

Our work will take place in a courtyard off the main road not accessible to the public but we require to fence off a section of the carriageway for the first three and last three days of the work in order to create a fenced-off laydown area allowing scaffolding to be dropped off and moved to the work site. CCTV vans and vactors will be parked on the northbound carriageway throughout the duration of the work.

In order to carry out this work safely, we also require to close the footpath from the laydown area to the access point of the courtyard. Access to all businesses will be maintained at all times and the footpath closure will be lifted at night.
