Water Main Upgrade Braes of Balnabeen
Project Overview
We are taking care of the water services in your community by upgrading the water main to ensure you continue to enjoy clear, fresh drinking water.
Work began on the Braes of Balnabeen road on Monday, 10 March 2025 and lasted approximately eight weeks.
The work was delivered by our contractor, Morrison Construction.

Latest Update - May 2025
We are now finished work that was carried out on the road on the Braes of Balnabeen.
Scottish Water has announced the cancellation of the community drop-in event originally scheduled to discuss the water main renewal plans in Duncanston and Culbokie.
The event was scheduled to take place at Findon Hall in Culbokie on Wednesday, 21 May 2025.
After careful consideration, the decision was made in response to valuable feedback received from our customers, and we believe it is in the best interest of all parties involved.
While the event will no longer take place, we remain committed to engaging with the community and will explore alternative ways to keep residents informed and involved in the project.
